Welcome to the Barony of Vulkanfeldt in the Kingdom on An Tir! Our lands encompass Yakima and Kittitas Counties in the state of Washington. Vulkanfeldt was founded as a shire in 1980 and elevated to Baronial status in 2005. We are a medieval recreation group in the Society for Creative Anachronism.

The Baron and Baroness of Vulkanfeldt, Shannon and Regina O’Duncan, were elevated in July 2008, as the founding Baron and Baroness Rolf and Ashley Longbow stepped down.

The Barony hosts several medieval events each year with fighting, archery, rapier and many other activities. Please check our calendar for more information. There is also a weekly fighter practice/A&S gathering and a monthly business meeting.
